We are owned and operated by Kinney Custom Signs, Inc., a CA licensed, C45 Electrical Sign Contractor. That means that we can meet your every sign requirement, including, but not limited to:

How long will it take to complete my order?
We work exclusively on a custom basis. Turnaround times vary depending upon the type of sign and complexity of the overall project but general turnaround times are:
- Acknowledgment of Inquiry 15 minutes (M-F 9am-4pm PM)
- Assign SBA 1 hour (M-F 9am-4pm PM)
- Consultation (gather information necessary to complete Estimate)
- Estimating
- Non-Electical 48 business hours
- Electrical 72 business hours
- Deposit (commencement of Project)
- Proofing 48 business hours
- Proof Approval determined by client
- Balance of Payment (Project executed precisely according to Proof)
- Permitting average 30 days depending upon municipality
- Production

What materials do you use for your signs?
We provide custom sign and branding solutions and stand behind our work. Thus, we use a variety of the highest quality vinyl, aluminum, acrylic, wood, and other substrates depending upon the sign type and application.
What is Proofing?
We provide a digital representation of your sign or branding precisely as it will look when completed. If your project includes installation, during your consultation, your Sign & Branding Advisor (SBA) will request pictures of the installation surface. We will superimpose the Proof over the installation surface so that you can see a precise representation of your sign.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made before production begins.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation services for any type of signage project.
